At prospect Estate and Villas, we offer the most sought after locations for weddings and special occasion celebrations. We are able to help you plan a tailor-made wedding or special event encompassing as many or as few of Prospect Estate’s resources as you desire. Wedding ceremonies can be held at the Prospect Chapel, at the Great House gardens or at any of the 5 villas overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Prospect Chapel

Prospect Estate’s non-denominational chapel was built in 1970 by Sir Harold Mitchell. The Chapel is constructed entirely of stone and hardwood harvested from the estate. It’s modern charm yet enchanting appeal is home to many beautiful and memorable ceremonies. The Prospect Chapel has capacity for one hundred and twenty guests seated inside and an additional 80 guests in the wings.

Guest capacity

Couples are encouraged to plan their wedding in any way that they choose as long as their plans are in keeping with maximum guest list capacities

  • Prospect Chapel - 120 guests seated inside + 80 seated in the wings.
  • The Great House - 200 guests seated.
  • Frankfort Villa and/or Private Beach - 75 guests seated.
  • Eight Rivers Villa - 120 guests seated.
  • Frangipani Villa - 80 guests seated.
  • Somewhere Villa - 70 guests seated.
  • Wag Water Villa - 30 guests seated.
